Condition

Rosacea

Rosacea is a long-lasting condition in which the blood vessels and skin of the face become inflamed, often set off by stress, environmental factors and gut imbalances. Little research on supplements for it has been reviewed here so far, so there are no trial findings to report yet. Zinc is the one supplement in view, valued for possible anti-inflammatory and skin-barrier effects, though the evidence is very limited.
