Condition

Thyroid Cancer

Thyroid cancer starts when cells in the thyroid, the butterfly-shaped gland in the neck that helps set your metabolism, begin growing out of control. Little research on supplements for it has been reviewed here so far, though selenium and vitamin D have the most supporting material, with a moderate evidence rating. Much of the case for them rests on how they work in the body, and for others like curcumin and green tea extract, the findings come mostly from lab studies.
