Condition

Vertigo

Vertigo is the sensation that you or your surroundings are spinning, usually driven by a problem in the inner ear's balance system, though sometimes by the brain itself. Vitamin D and ginkgo biloba have the most research behind them, with moderate evidence, and in one small trial of ginger, dizziness improved. That ginger study involved just 8 people, so the evidence there is limited.
