Supplement
Dill is a feathery herb, used in cooking, whose leaves and seeds hold aromatic oils and plant compounds. In people with high cholesterol, blood sugar control improved in a small group of about 100 people, though the evidence is limited. Another look at blood glucose in about 200 people found no clear difference, and that evidence is very limited.
