Supplement
Eucommia bark comes from a tree native to China and has long been used in traditional herbal medicine, where its plant compounds are thought to help relax blood vessels. People mostly look at it for high blood pressure, and the evidence is limited, though blood pressure came down in the research so far. That rests on a small group of 54 participants, so it is too early to say how far the results apply.
