Supplement
Painting therapy is a form of creative art therapy in which people paint, often with a trained guide, to express feelings and engage attention, movement and imagination together. Little research on it has been reviewed here so far, so there are no trial findings to report yet. That means it's too early to say who might benefit, how much, or how it compares with other approaches.
