Supplement
Phosphatidylcholine is a fat-like molecule that helps build the membranes surrounding every cell, including liver cells, where it supports repair and normal function. People mostly look at it for general liver health, and the evidence for that use is moderate. Still, the research summarized here did not include specific liver results, and cholesterol measures in 152 people, HDL and LDL, showed no clear difference.
