Pramiracetam

Pramiracetam is a lab-made compound from the racetam family, thought to influence acetylcholine, a brain messenger involved in memory. People mostly look at it for memory, and the evidence is limited: two small studies found memory improved. Those studies included just 35 people in total, and one involved young men with memory problems after head injury, so the results say little about healthy adults.
