Tazarotene

Tazarotene is a retinoid, a vitamin A-related compound that attaches to retinoic acid receptors in skin cells and helps steer how they grow and mature. Little research on it has been reviewed here so far, so there are no trial findings to report yet. It is used as a prescription medicine applied to the skin rather than a typical dietary supplement, so what holds for supplements may not carry over.
