Condition
Dermatitis
Dermatitis, or eczema, is inflamed, red, itchy, dry skin, and the common atopic type often runs in families with allergies and asthma. Probiotics and vitamin D have the most research behind them, rated moderate, and hyaluronic acid improved skin severity in people having radiotherapy. Evidence for evening primrose oil, omega-3s and zinc is limited, and the hyaluronic acid result came from one analysis of 104 people, not everyday eczema.
