Condition

Huntington's Disease

Huntington's disease is an inherited condition in which a change in the huntingtin gene slowly damages brain cells that control movement, thinking, and mood. Coenzyme Q10 and creatine draw the most interest, with the evidence moderate for coenzyme Q10 and limited for creatine, but there are few trial results to report so far. Studies have been small, and no supplement has been shown to slow the disease.
