Idiopathic Asthenozoospermia
Idiopathic asthenozoospermia means sperm have reduced movement without a clear cause, which makes it harder for them to swim to and fertilize an egg. Coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitine have the most research behind them, and studies of coenzyme Q10 found sperm motility improved. That evidence is limited, though: it rests on two small studies with 22 men in total, and one was an open pilot without a comparison group.
