Condition

Pain

Pain is the nervous system's alarm, with nerves sending signals that the brain and spinal cord weigh and amplify, and chronic pain is when that alarm keeps sounding long after an injury should have settled. Among supplements, the one with findings so far is DSIP, a small peptide, and studies found chronic pain intensity went down. That rests on just four small studies with 35 people in total, so the evidence is limited.
