Condition
Psoriasis
Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition in which the immune system pushes skin cells to build up too fast, causing red, scaly, inflamed patches. Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D have the strongest support among supplements, each with moderate evidence, though reviews of probiotics found mixed results on CRP, a blood marker of inflammation. Most other options rest on limited evidence, small studies, or mouse work, so conclusions stay tentative.
