Supplement
Butea superba is a climbing plant from Thailand whose root has long been used in traditional medicine, and it contains plant compounds thought to act on hormone and blood-flow pathways. People mostly look at it for erectile function, but the evidence is very limited: two small studies with 70 people in total found no clear difference in erections. With so few participants and so little research, it is hard to say much about how it works in people.
