Condition

Male Sexual Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is trouble getting or keeping an erection, often because blood flow to the penis is reduced. Korean red ginseng has the best support, with trials finding that erections went up and the evidence rated moderate; yohimbine and saffron also showed improvements, though that evidence is limited. Those studies were small, with about 200 people across the ginseng trials, so the results are preliminary.
