Condition
Sinusitis
Sinusitis is inflammation of the sinuses, the air-filled spaces behind your forehead, cheeks and nose, and it can be short-term or last more than 12 weeks. Among supplements, N-acetyl cysteine and serrapeptase are the ones people look at most, since both may thin mucus and ease swelling. Little research on any of them has been reviewed here so far, so there are no findings to report yet, and the evidence looks moderate for N-acetyl cysteine and limited for serrapeptase.
