Condition
Female Sexual Dysfunction
Female sexual dysfunction means ongoing trouble with desire, arousal, orgasm, or pain during sex, often driven by hormonal shifts, stress, antidepressants, or medical conditions. Tribulus has moderate evidence behind it, with small trials finding libido went up, and early bremelanotide studies found better subjective arousal. Most of this work was small, though, and one DHEA study found no clear difference in libido.
