Golf Performance

Golf is a precision sport that demands steady focus, fine motor control, and stamina over four to five hours of play. Caffeine and omega-3 fatty acids have the best-rated evidence, both moderate, and were looked at for focus and reaction time. Golf-specific data are thin, though: one small study of 20 people found phosphatidylserine improved performance measures.
