Cognitive Function
Cognitive function is the brain's ability to remember, focus, plan, and think quickly, all relying on nerve cells communicating well. The best-supported options are tesamorelin and sermorelin, and trials found that months of treatment improved executive function and tests of working memory, planning, attention, and processing speed in older adults. Those trials were small, though, and most other research, including on humanin and semax, came from animals or lab studies.
